The KYB Leadership Academy opens doors to local and global leadership experiences for youth and young adults. Academy members receive intense training in four focus areas: Leadership, government, health, and finance.

The KYB Leadership Academy International Conference is a cultural immersion experience designed to allow participants to master the KYB Leadership Academy modules, core areas, and competencies.

The KYB International Travel Team has progressed through all phases of the KYB Leadership Academy journey and have become academy alumni ambassadors.
